1. Have completed a VHSL eligibility form. (For a coy of this form, visit the FCHS Athletic Department's web page.)
2. Be enrolled at FALLS CHURCH HIGH SCHOOL.
3. Live in the Falls Church H.S. school district.
4. Have passed 5 subjects the previous semester.
5. Be currently taking 5 or more credit subjects.
6. Not have reached their 19th birthday on or before the 1st day of August of the year participating.
7. Not have been enrolled in high school for more than 8 semesters.

PHYSCIAL EXAMINATIONS
Each athlete is required to have a physical exam in order to compete in athletics. The physical must be completed after May 1 of the school year the athlete wants to participate, (example: for the school year 2002-2003, the physical must be after May 1, 2002). The physical must be completed on a VHSL form, which can be picked up at the athletic office or downloaded here.
PRACTICE SCHEDULES
Each coach sets the teams practice schedule depending on the facilities available, game schedule, and need of each team. Generally, teams practice 2 or 3 hours daily Monday through Friday and some teams practice and have competitions on Saturday. Teams may also have practice on holidays and other days when school is not in session.
