1. Hours of operation begin
the 1st Monday after Labor Day in September through the beginning of
May.
2. Children are to be left and
picked up at the front entrance of the church. You may pull over to the left of
the circle drive, or park in the parking lot. (Some parents may want to form
car pools which allows for fewer trips, but this is up to you.) You must
sign the Sign-In/Sign-Out sheet when you bring and pick up your child.
3. We will not hold preschool
if USD 352 calls a snow day, and we will announce it on KLOE so listen to the
radio. We will observe the same holidays except Christmas, which we will
dismiss one week earlier.
4. We will have a Halloween
Party, a Thanksgiving Feast, a Christmas Party, a Valentines Day Party, an
Easter Party and Easter egg hunt and a Preschool Graduation Ceremony.
5. We have a birthday cake and
try to recognize and celebrate each child's birthday. Please send treats on
their birthday. We will let you know what day we plan to celebrate the
birthday.
6. You must have the
application for enrollment with the emergency release, parental permission for
field trips, and the health form completed before your child can
attend.
7. Children should be dressed
casually as we do art. Even with paint aprons (Sometimes we get a little on
us).
8. Fees are due the 1st
of each month Please refer to the tuition link to see how much you owe.
9. Show and Tell will be the 1st
of each month, so the children may bring something from home on that day.
10. If there is a funeral on a
preschool day, we will dismiss the children out the back, which is the
northwest door. You can park along 7th
Street or in the west parking lot.
11. We will use a Time-Out for
of discipline. (See Discipline link)
12. Judi's Rainbow Preschool
admits children of any racial, nationality, religious, ethnic origin, or
ability level from all backgrounds, belief systems, family dynamics and orientations.
In short, we recognize and invite the participation of all people, not
discriminating on any basis in the administration of our programs.
