Tips from me to you
Effective Prayer: Go to my Prayer page.
Shower: Plastic liners out-gas and build up mold. Use instead a cloth water resistant liner from Bed Bath and Beyond as your shower curtain alone or as your liner. I use metal C shaped rings that don't need to be snapped or locked which makes putting on and taken off easy. I also use a curtain rod cover. To clean tub I use, Magic Eraser.
Cleaning: Don't spend a lot on cleaning supplies when vinegar in a spray bottle with do the job just as well if not better. For more uses of vinegar visit, 60 uses for vinegar
Entertainment: There are many things that are free or don't cost much such as walking, taking books and movies out of the libray, and church events. Many clubs cost little if anything to go to. I belong to a gem and mineral club that is free or $10 yearly if you want their newsletter.
Errands: Group outings near each other all in one day to save energy and gas. Don't run all over town to save a few cents you will use that up and maybe more in gas.
Computers: Get yourself a Mac PC and stop worrying about getting a virus. The Mac Mini or a used Mac are good choices on a budget. Learn all about the Mac and meet people, join a Users Group
Supplements/Meds: One idea I had was to put my supplements in a lined wicker basket with ties or a drawstring to hid them from view. Right now I have them in a large wicker basket for easy of muscle testing from my Naturopath.
Rid of Clutter: This rids of a lot of stress. Get rid of items you don't use. If you wish to give them away check out Freecycle below or donate to a thrift shop.

Recipe
Given to me by a Naturopath

Better Butter
1/4 cup of flaxseed oil
1/4 cup of olive oil
Blend in 1 quarter (one stick) of butter after it is left at room temperture to soften.
Than refrigerate to harden. Put this in little dishes with lids on them, kind of like the little tubs they have in the store. I found it a bit strong for my taste I had to added two sticks of butter instead of the one.
