Lion Joe Mills, now here is a charecter. Frostburg Lions Lion Tammer for more years than he cares to remember, and he keeps us in line.

Seriously, Lion Joe joing the Frostburg Lions in August of 1956, and has attended more meetings, fund raisers and community projects than the rest of us put together. Lion Joe is our "senior member".

Joe worked at the Kelly-Springfield tire plant in Cumberland until his retirement. He has receive many award for attendance and service including the prestigous Melvin Jones Award for his service. Lion Joe is our inspiration, and down to earth leader, who never puts himself first.
