Meet
Lion "Jay" Hegeman

Lion Jay came to Frostburg in 1969, and never left. Saz a lot about our town.

He graduated from Frostburg State College in the spring of 1973. He was offered a part time position at the "college" in 1975, and became a full time staffer a year later in 1976. Lion Jay is currently the Assistant Vice President for Educational Services and Registrar.

To further keep his schedule full and active Lion Jay also coached the men�s soccer team for 27 years: 11 years as assistant coach, 16 years as head coach.

Lion Jay is married with four great kids.

He joined the Frostburg Lions Club in xxxxxxxxx. Over the years he has made many, many contribution to the Club and a variety of Club activities.
