Lion Bill Munck
Lion Bill is originally from Baltimore, and has a career history in food service and small business management. He joined the Valley Falls, KS Lions in April of 1999, and became a Frostburg Lion three years ago.
Lion Bill is President of Frostburg Lions, serving his second term in that office. In addition, he is Region I, Zone II Chair for the District. He has been certified in vision screening, and received the District 100% Club President award in 2008.
Bill was elected to the City Council of Valley Falls, KS, serving for two years, and was then elected to Mayor of the City. He served in that capacity for four years. He served as a Director in the Valley Falls Lions.
Over the years he has chaired numerous committees, and worked on a wide variety of projects. He collects Lions pins and old Lions documents, and is a prolific reader. His primary hobby is his music collection.
