FireBird's Forest News:
As you can see, new rooms are popping up constantly. Go and see Nova's Secluded Pond. I
think it's a great room. And we opened the Olympic rooms recently. Keep checking with the
main FBF page. FireBird is always updating it.
Updates:
I added Space Ghost's, Spudnik's, and Moriah's profiles, and updated the profiles of
Snowangel and Purple/Stacie. I added some compliments by Spudnik on the Positive Energy 2
page, and added a page called Big Avs. One day those at the gate decided to all put on big
avs. Yes, we are party animals :P As always I'm always tweaking my page here and there.
You might see subtle changes. Also, Tass is going to come up with a new Movie Trivia Quiz!
When I get it you'll see it.
Also, forgot to mention, I added a link to Eraser/Gammapooka's Palaback Program download.
What you do is put it in your palace folder and run it, and it will copy your prop file,
macro file a few other files to a folder called Backups. That way if your propfile becomes
corrupt, you'll have a copy right there. You might want to purge props before you run it
so you don't have a huge file to save and it will only be your props on there.

I wanted to remind you guys, you need to come refresh your prop rooms. To do that, you
need to come into your prop rooms and put on your avs. It will automatically refresh them
that way. When we don't see avs in a room, we sometimes have to delete them. Or Nova will
get the small amount of avs from the rooms that only have a few showing and put them into
a general prop room. (He's the Lead Prop Ranger.) So if you want to keep your room's, keep
them maintained, thanks.
I also wanted to mention, if you haven't joined the Firebird's Forest Egroups mailing
list, do so. We've actually started writing some interesting email. There's a link for it
on the main Firebird's Forest webpage, linked above. I'll link it later also.

Oops, I noticed that I had the date up there wrong. I am not a month behind on updates
lol. Anyway, just wanted to say, I got Tass's Movie Quiz and I'll be putting it up tonight
I think. Or tomorrow depending on where you live. I just noticed I'm 6 hits away from
6000! Can you believe that? I started this in March and I never even thought anyone would
look at it. You guys are great, thanks for the encouragement and help. Thanks for the page
ideas and contributions. I hope there's plenty more inspiration and help in the future. I
do have some things to add soon so I'll be doing that. I'll let you know when I get it up.

I haven't done a lot this past week or two. We had a Halloween Masquerade Party. I posted

Well the winner of Tass' Movie Trivia Contest was Sappo!!!! Why am I not surprised? Don't
you other people watch movies?! Get off Palace now and watch some videos or something.
Then write some movie reviews and send them to me, and save some quotes and stuff in your
head in case we have another movie quiz. How many times has Sappo won now? 3? lol Yay

I changed the Palace download link. It links to a site that has a listing of Palace
directories and webrings also. And the bookmark doesn't have any CC palaces listed on it. Click Here to go there.
Somehow I lost my counter so I put a new one in, beginning at 0. I miss my counter
*sniff*.
There is a letter that Tattooed Freak\Dancing Telephone wrote to the regulars, his
friends. Any replies to him can be forwarded, or you can post on the forum.

FBF has found a new host! We are now running on a server in Kansas, US :) For a couple of
days, until the domain name sets in we will be using the IP addy above :)
Updates:
Due to personal reasons, (high phone bill lol) I haven't been online to update, but I did
put Deb in charge of my page while I'm gone. Any mail you need to send can go to [email protected]. Also, Geocities
changed their guestbook format so the guestbook isn't useable, I don't think. When I get
back, I'll look into updating that. Until then, feel free to use the Forum :) -No�

FireBird's Forest News:
This year Firebird's Forest was happy to be included in the 5th
annual 24hop. The 24hop is an annual palace event where people from all over the world
participate in a giant tour of many palaces spanning over 24 hours. This years 24hop began
at 7pm (est), Friday, Dec. 8th, and ended 7pm Saturday. The tour reached FBF at about 11pm
Friday night where the tourists and also FBF members were there to see the ribbon cutting
in honor of the Forest's 4th anniversary. Both the 24hop and Firebird's anniversary
celebration were a big success. :) If you'd like to see pictures of the 24hop click the

The official FBF homepage has a new look and the
Forest has a new server. Go to the homepage for info on those changes.
Updates:
I am doing a lot of tweaking on the site. Nothing too major, but you might notice some
small changes. I put the old guestbook on it's own page for those who want to read it, and
I added the new guestbook format. I added some screenshots to Friends 3, and edited the
Couples Page.

Still more changes to the official homepage. We
added two new rooms, a backgammon table, and
a word search puzzle made up of Ranger
names. A lot of people don't get this until they actually play the game, but backgammon is
like checkers but sideways. I'll be posting the rules soon for those who don't know how to
play.
We have an addition to the Forest, RatBot! RatBot is a bot that is run by T3, our newest
ranger. RatBot is also the host of the game Wheel of Cheese. The Wheel of Cheese is a
game, a lot like Wheel of Fortune, but with more interesting 'prizes'. The Wheel of
Cheese, is usually played in the room LOL!Nite.
Play with it sometime. One thing I do have to mention, RatBot is not always online, so
catch him when you can.
Updates:
We have two new profiles, for
Pharcyde and Sephoria.
Dove Angle sent me some compliments to post. You can read those on Positive Energy 3.
I just added a new feature, a Song
Dedication Page. Sometimes a good song says it all. Just fill out the form and I'll
post it when I next update.

Welcome Caprilion to the Ranger team!
We just added some new rooms! Eraser just added a room called Fun Park, and there is a
Valentine Crossword Puzzle.
We are going to have a
Valentines Day Script contest and a Valentines Day Av contest. Not sure exactly when but
come to the forest on Valentines Day!

I just added 3 new Winamp skins made by Krazy Gurl. They turned out great. Go take a look.
I also added two profiles, Mint Jellie's, and Sean's. There is also another dedication on
the Dedications Page.

I have been offline for a month or so, due to modem problems. As you can see, I have
been busy since I've been gone :) I decided the site needed a change. The look
is different but the information is the same. Write me an email and let me know how
you like the new look. Or leave a message in the Forum. Also, if there are any
backgrounds not showing, dead links, or anything else that doesn't work the way it should,
let me know and I'll fix it.
Soon to come, more profiles and
dedications. I have a lot of email to catch up on.

Description: This Valentines Day we had a Valentines Auction where we kind of
"sold" members and wizards to whoever could answer questions that the auctionee
asked. They were personal questions like, favorite color, books, places, stuff that
these people have chatted about, ect. Get to know some of the members and see if you
can "bid" on anyone.

A lot of members have been asking when we'll be running the next Monthly
Prop Contest. To those who participated and looked forward to them, sorry
that they were dropped for awhile.
This month, November, we will be having our Prop Contest on Monday, November 25th at
6:00pm PST/ 9:00pm EST. I hope you can be there :)
Updates: I haven't updated the
website much but I have been getting screen caps sent in to be posted. Those will go
up as soon as I can sort through them.

FireBird's Forest News: Since our last update, we've had a few changes:
**We've added Jayster and Kung Fu Kitty to the Ranger team. Again, congrats guys :)
**More prop rooms have been added. We also now have a holiday / seasonal prop
section. If any aren't showing for you, send an email or page a wiz.
**Nova has added 2 Yahtzee rooms! There are several backgrounds you can use, and you
can change the color schemes. How high of a score can you get?
Updates: We have added a new staff
member to the website who will be taking over the Blackmail Pic section. This person
would like to remain anomymous so watch out, or you just may end up on our new Blackmail Pic
pages! If you have any screencaps to send in, email them to [email protected].
