September 15th 2001 We had a few friends over for our Open House. It was a beautiful day to spend with friends and family, especially after the week leading up to it. September 11th will go down in American history in a manner similar to Pearl Harbor.
SPRING - Family Room Marking the beginning of our tour, the "spring room" looks over a large backyard and wilderness to spare. Deer, rabbits, squirrels, fox and all sorts of birds are amongst the denizens or our backyard.
SUMMER - Dinette & Kitchen A perfect place for a picnic, the dinette includes a bay window overlooking the backyard.
FALL - Dining Room Under the cover of trees, the formal dining room exudes the bright colors of harvest time.
WINTER - Living Room A cozy spot to warm yourself by the fire, there's even a snowman in this winter wonderland.
Master Bed room A touch of the wild. The walls are covered in savannah grass, accented by the majestic colors of the leopard.
PIXIE PARADISE The girls share this adorable hideout for all the small creatures of the forest.
BENNETT BAY The boys room sports a circus train cutting across the hillside, a small farm, a plane full of vacationers, and a sailboat just off shore.
The office is about as colorful as a closet.
The sewing room, on the other hand, is alive with color (and pictures of Tinkerbell).
Our new house... is the culmination of over 12 years of concepts / ideas and over 2 years of trying to find the perfect location to build our dream house. It was worth the wait.
