MOPS will once again be assisting the Samaritan’s Purse project which sends shoeboxes of gifts to desperate children around the world.

If you’d like to help, you may donate a filled shoebox, money to sponsor a shoebox, or just a few items to help fill a shoebox.  School supplies, art supplies, small toys, personal accessories, and hygiene items such as toothbrushes are all good gift ideas. (Liquids and chocolates cannot be accepted; war– or weapon-related items such as toy guns or military figures are also excluded from shipment)

Donations will be accepted at MOPS meetings and at the First Baptist Church office until November 16th.
