25 June 2004 - Hello fayenatics out there! I'm very sorry that I haven't provided any updates for a long time, as I'm very busy at school! But no matter what, I hope you will continue to support Faye, like me! Here's a photo I have taken at Faye's recent concert in Singapore! It was such a fantastic concert! =)
Who is Faye Wong?
Faye Wong is one of the most popular Hong Kong pop singers around at the present time. Born on
8 August 1969 in Beijing, she has fans, Chinese and non-Chinese, from all over the world. There
may be arguments over whether this 1.72m-tall lady is pretty or not, but there can be no
objections when one says she is an excellent singer. Cyrstal-clear vocals and "alternative" music (as compared
to the boring and montonous Chinese pop music) are her trademark. She is also known as an
icy-cool persona with very few words, both to the media and in her concerts, because, as
she has once said, she only felt most at ease when communicating through her music. Hopefully,
you will learn more about this outstanding singer after visiting Faye's
Fa[c]e.
About this site
I started this site in September 2000, to pay tribute to my favourite singer, Faye Wong. This
site is built using HTML, and the graphics are edited or created using Paint Shop Pro 7. Why do I
name it "Faye's Fa[c]e"? Well, simply because I love Faye's face - both her face and her
song "Face"! Not all the sections are up yet, as more stuff will come along. But due to my busy schoolwork,
usually I can only manage to update the news section. I will try my best, so please be patient =) All comments and
suggestions are very much welcomed, just leave them in my guestbook or email to me! Hope you'll

28 Apr 2002 - I'm pretty sure that many of you would have known by now the recent break-up of Faye and her boyfriend. The reason I didn't include the follow-up on this news in my site is because I think the whole thing is hyped-up by the media! Facts are twisted, stupid stories such as faye "committed suicide" are cooked up, what rubbish! I think it's pretty normal for couples to break up, just that the couple in this case are from the entertainment circle and so it became such a "big event"! Oh please, Media, give Faye a break, will you? The less you bother her, the sooner she can get over this, and the sooner she can pick herself up and produce good music again! And i hope all the fans out there will also anitcipate news of her new album rather than news about her relationship. Faye, gambatte ne!
