First Anniversary Memorial Service
February 20, 2002...A cool day, a gentle breeze.
One year ago, our heartache began.  Three little boys were born and were unable to stay.  So cute, so tiny, so loved.
Oh, how we miss them and wish they could be here with us to celebrate their first birthday.  Instead, we are remembering their brief time here on earth with a memorial service at their monument.
We shared this special day with our families and close friends.  We had asked that everyone either bring an appropriate one-year-old toy that would be donated to the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital Pediatrics Ward or give a donation to the Parent-to-Parent Support Group that I attend.  They have helped us so much.
  David and I read a poem "
Forever Our Sons", we all sang Jesus Loves Me and Corina Tripp (support group friend) read the poem I wrote "Someone So Tiny". A message from our boys to their mommy and daddy was read as well as a message from us to them.  The whole service was really beautiful and it was so nice to be able to do this for our precious angels.  It has helped us in our healing process as well.
Dolores Walburger performed our Memorial Service and did a wonderful job.  It was just beautiful.

A special cake was made to celebrate the lives of our three infant sons...It was gorgeous and we were happy to be able to celebrate them this way.
