We will spend night #10 in Queenstown at Thomas's, after a morning of flying from Auckland, and some exhilarating Jetboating.

From the Lonely Planet Guidebook:
"The central, lakeside location is a real winner, the rooms (all en suites) are spacious, and car parking can be arranged in a nearby underground lot. Rooms on the building's back corner come with large windows along two walls and thus have grand views over the harbour, mere metres away. The hotel's eponymous mascot is a sleepy, much-petted cat."
