The Order of the Phoenix is a group of elite wizards trained like aurors to fight specifically against Voldemort-includes Remus Lupin, Mundungus Fletcher, Arabella Figg, Lily and James Potter (before they died), Sirius Black, Severus Snape (when he turned spy for Dumbledore)... This is a great guess ... This is much better than my own with was that Order of the Phoenix was a type of award, like an Order of Merlin...
Snape is a spy and went back to "join Voldemort" to get information for Dumbledore. JK highly suggested this!!!
Cornelius Fudge gets killed (yay!-lol) and Arthur Weasley becomes Minister of Magic.. (Oooh, I had the same thought, I sure hope so. It sure would cheese Mr. Malfoy of huh? And hunny, I HAVE to agree with the yay! That blundering old fool... *mutters incoherently*)
Draco Malfoy becomes a Death Eater (I doubt this-I doubt that he has the guts to...) (On the contrare my sweet *heh-heh* I think Draco will do anything to please his father.)
