	If veela are Bulgarian natives, and Fluer is French, does that mean that Fluer has Bulgarian ancestory? Why don't wizards use Veritaserum during trial to prevent mistakes? How do muggles get mail to Hogwarts, and how do they know what to do? How do muggle-born children know where how to get to Diagon Alley or onto Platform Nine and Three-Quarters?
