| SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY
From the Kitchen of the Craig Family 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained 1 (10� oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese ? c. sour cream � tsp. ground black pepper 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions Preheat oven to 350�. Combine soup, � cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper and a � can of French fried onions. Add the vegetables to the soup mixture and mix well. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Serves 6. Recipe Note: A family favorite! |
