| STUFFED CABBAGE SOUP
From the Kitchen of Linda Rakszawski 4 strips Bacon, sliced into 1 inch pieces 1/2 head of Cabbage, or whole depending on size, chopped 1 Onion, chopped 2 - 3 lbs. Ground Meat 2 cups cooked Rice 4 cans Tomato Soup 2 cans diced Tomatoes Fry bacon in soup pot. You may have to add a little vegetable oil also. Combine cabbage and onion and cover pot. Cook on medium temperature. Stir occasionally until cabbage and onions are soft. Add in ground beef until meat is cooked. Add in tomato soup and diced tomatoes. Cook until ingredients are well combined. Lastly, stir in rice. |
