PIEROGIES

From the Kitchen of Patricia Law

Dough:
2 medium eggs
1 tsp. salt
� c. water
� tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Martha Stewart Dough:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. water
3 T. sour cream
4� - 5 c. flour

Cheese Filling:
2 lb. farmer cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
+ 2 oz. more optional
1 egg
4 T. melted butter
Salt and pepper

Potato Filling:
5 lb. potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. cheddar cheese
2 large onions
� lb. butter
Salt and pepper

Sauerkraut Filling
8 c. sauerkraut
� small head of cabbage
� lb. butter
2 large onions
