| FUDGE SAUCE
From the Kitchen of the Santangelo Family � c. sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch Pinch of salt 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate 6 T. milk 3 T. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Set aside. Slowly melt chocolate with milk and butter in small saucepan. Simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Add sugar mixture. Now it will smooth out. Stir for 5 minutes. Take off heat. Add vanilla. Serve warm. Reheat slowly. Delicious on ice cream or pound cake! Serves: 8-10 |
