| EASY BAKED BEANS
From the Kitchen of Char Rakszawski 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans � c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard � c. ketchup 6 slices of bacon (in pieces) Chopped onion (optional) Empty 1 can pork and beans into bottom of greased casserole. Combine sugar and mustard; sprinkle half of mixture over beans. Top with remaining beans. (Optional onion can be placed on top of each layer of beans.) Sprinkle rest of sugar/mustard mixture, chopped bacon, and ketchup over beans. Bake uncovered, in slow oven (325�) for 1� to 2 hours.
