| CABBAGE AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
From the Kitchen of Linda Rakszawski 1 head cabbage, cut in shreds 1 large onion, chopped � to 1 stick butter or margarine 2 c. cooked noodles (wide) 1 c. chopped ham or Kielbasa Salt and pepper to taste Saute onion in butter or margarine. Add shredded cabbage. Cover and steam about 10 minutes. Add noodles, ham or Kielbasa and salt and pepper. Cover and heat another 5 to 10 minutes. |
