BROCCOLI SALAD

From the Kitchen of Linda Rakszawski

Combine:
2 bunches of broccoli florets, lightly steamed
1 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. Crumbled fried bacon
1 medium red onion, chopped

Mix dressing together:
1 cup Miracle Whip
� cup sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Toss broccoli mixture with dressing.  Chill and serve.
