| BEEF BRISKET IN BEER
From the Kitchen of Linda Rakszawski 1 beef brisket 3 onions, chopped 2 cloves of garlic Salt and pepper 3 T. brown sugar � c. barbecue sauce 1 can beer Salt and pepper brisket. Lay in aluminum foil in pan. Cover with onions and garlic. Mix last 3 ingredients together. Pour over brisket. Wrap in foil. Put in covered pan. Bake 3� hours at 350�. |
