APPLE DIP

From the Kitchen of Ann Rakszawski

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
� cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salted peanuts, chopped
4 oz. vanilla yogurt

Mix above ingredients together with a mixer.  Serve with cut-up apples dipped in orange juice.

Recipe Note: This is a great recipe for entertaining in the Fall.
