South

South Baltimore has almost entirely been cut off from Camarilla control.  Once the domain of both Aaron Jefferson and Quentin Mullough, the area has almost entirely fallen to Werewolves and to general lack of interest, with the Baltimore Washington International Airport serving as the only major stronghold of the Camarilla – and even then, falling under no one city’s domain.

Brooklyn

Brooklyn is one of the poorest white-trash areas of Baltimore, and is not far from the ghost town of Wagner's Point.   Brooklyn, however, is notorious for its hicks and trailer trash, and most Kindred find the place more than a little unpleasant, at least in its social aspects.  Quentin Mullough, former Kindred Sheriff of Baltimore, had his haven somewhere in Brooklyn, and was therefore the butt of a great many jokes.  However, was the only line of defense between the Kindred and the Black Spiral Dancers in Wagner's Point.  Now that he has disappeared - possibly never to return - Brooklyn has become a thorn in the side of respectable Kindred.  The hunting difficulty there is 5.

BWI Airport

Baltimore Washington International Airport services a very large area as the most important airport in all of Maryland and D.C.  The airport is monitored by agents serving both Prince Marcus Vitel in D.C. and Prince Viktor Albrecht in Baltimore.  Any Kindred entering the city are reported and expected to go directly to the World Trade Center by way of taxi or limousine, or face the wrath of the Scourge.

Wagner's Point

Rumor has it that somewhere in that industrial waste zone that is the only thing remaining in the cancer scarred town of Wagner's point lurks a pack of werewolves who have been twisted and turned evil and destructive towards nature.  These werewolves - called Black Spiral Dancers - were carefully watched by the once-Sheriff of Baltimore, Quentin Mullough, the only Kindred who was up to the risk of in Brooklyn.  Most Kindred are heavily advised to avoid the Wagner's Point area, and those who have strayed there have found themselves rapidly eviscerated.
