Other Cities

Richmond, Virginia

Long controlled by the Camarilla, Richmond is one of the few places that has retained autonomy during the massive war with the Sabbat.  A place of learning and tradition, Richmond boasts some of the most 'civilized' Kindred on the east coast.  Its Prince, Samuel Morris, is a cultured man of learning, a master of oratory, and a patron of the arts (if just a little bit anachronistic).  His city's populace is heavily dominated by the Ventrue and the Toreador, and boasts great men and women of the arts and sciences.

Newport News, Virginia

The cultural and historical foil of Richmond, Newport News has been Sabbat for years.  However, it has only recently come into its own, bringing high crime and high industry in it.  It is easily the largest (and most violent) city in Virginia, although it is eclipsed by its northern neighbor, Washington DC.

Washington, DC

The Camarilla's ultimate stronghold on the east coast and the center of the entire world, Washington is ruled over by the iron fist of Marcus Vitel.  With one of the largest Kindred populations on the east coast (second only to New York), Washington is a bustling hub of activity, and has one of the most dangerous political atmospheres on the planet.  It has the honor of the presence of the east coast Pontifex of the Tremere as well.

Atlantic City, New Jersey

Housing only three full-time Kindred and not technically under the jurisdiction of any sects, the Giovanni, Brujah, and Ventrue who call Atlantic City their own are each immensely rich and would afford Princelike status anywhere else.  Once dominated by their neighbor, Wilmington, and its Prince, David Olster, Atlantic City now stands like a monolith in the night, a bulwark of riches between the Camarilla (Baltimore) and the Sabbat (Newark).

Newark, New Jersey

The largest city in New Jersey is decidedly a Sabbat stronghold.  Although New York may technically be in contention and Pennsylvania is a deadly war zone, Newark stands as a mighty haven for the Sword of Caine.  It is rumored that the filth and crime that overwhelms its street is caused by a massive overpopulation of some five dozen Cainites, but no Camarilla agent has managed to survive infiltrating Newark in over a century.

Wilmington, Delaware

He who controls Wilmington control Delaware.  Once the domain of Prince David Olster, Wilmington has served as a front line trench and a tennis ball, the center of the conflict between the Pennsylvania Sabbat and the Maryland Camarilla, and batted back and forth between both sects.  Currently under the control of the Camarilla, Wilmington is technically part of Prince Viktor Albrecht's Baltimore Princedom at the moment, although that is intended only to be the case until the Camarilla can find an appropriate replacement for the late Prince David Olster - or the Sabbat takes back the city.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Although Philadelphia has only recently been conquered by the avenging arm of the Sword of Caine, and until late was the second largest Sabbat city on the east coast (unless you don't count New York as a 'Sabbat city'), it has recently fallen into shambles.  With the death of its Archbishop, the vicious Salvador Ortega, in battle against the Camarilla in Wilmington and the destruction of most of its defensive packs, Philadelphia is rumored to be a mess of political machinations and physical challenges.  If it weren't for the fact that the neighboring Camarilla cities are just as bad and the close proximity of Newark, Philadelphia would surely fall back into Camarilla hands again.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh is the Sabbat's newest acquisition in its crusade against the east coast Camarilla, although it is probably going to be the last for a while.  While the Sabbat licks its wounds all across the middle Atlantic states, Pittsburgh has begun to degenerate into what you would expect from a city only nominally controlled by the Sword of Caine.  It is ruled over by a council of Bishops who cannot agree on anything, except to disagree, and is probably in fact better off now that the Sabbat controls it, since the sect can't concentrate or bring any resources to bear as could the Camarilla.
