C/K Pickups have an all-welded, ladder-type, channel-design frame with a boxed front-end section. The box section design adds strength where it is needed most � to support the engine, front suspension and transmission. The frame�s deep C-channel rails are cross-braced for maximum strength and rigidity. Two front tow hooks are standard equipment on all four-wheel-drive models.
