- Each year, since the late 1940s, caring volunteers from the
Chapter organized and staffed local blood drives. Additionally,
hundreds of local volunteers donate their blood
during the scheduled drives. The collected blood is used
at area hospitals to save lives.
Blood drives are scheduled throughout the year in the following towns: Avon, Caledonia, Conesus, Geneseo, Groveland, Leicester, Lima, Livonia,
Mt. Morris, Nunda, and York.
