I'm tired of being defined and well-cut. I want to loosen up and loosen my pants - going from a 28-inch six-pack to at least a 34-inch paunch. I want to get flabby but not obese - just someone who would be slightly embarassed to wear swim trunks or even a speedo. I'd like to see if a girl could actually like me for who I am and not for my body. How can I gain weight?
