4. With taxi after 100 fares have been completed (you gain the jump ability).
Location: Driving around the streets.

5. By boat
Location: At most docks and at Vice Port.

6. By plane
At the movie studio

7. With a Tank - it may seem easy but the tank is slow and dosent accelerate fast enough to escape the police after a crash.
Location: Fort Baxter Airbase
Vehicle cheat: PANZER

8. With a Hunter - takes some getting used to to fly it.
Location: At the back of Fort Baxter Airbase after 60% of all missions are completed.
