"Tweeter". A minor character. He will be seen kicking butt in the underground shortly before the Germ arrives. Tweeter is some guy I met online who helped me out with some of the technical jargin. He said the least I should do to return the favor was to make him into a kick ass character. Well, this is one of my favorites. If you don't like it Tweeter, let me know.
