Scolex. I made this guy up back in high school after learning all about tapeworms in biology class (scolex is the name of the head of a tapeworm) and just recently revamped him. Why the Spidey outfit? The joke was that he lived in the sewers (what better place for a giant tapeworm to just lay around and absorb nutrients?) and a superhero went down to get rid of him only to face his (the hero) doom and have his costume stolen. He was originally drawn wearing Superman's costume.
