| Walking Corpse; pen and ink on paper- unfinished. This was for one of the yahoo! club JAMS. The assignment was to take a scene from a book and illustrate it (preferably one from a book that hadn't been made into a movie or comic yet). This was from Interview With the Vampire and was not included in the movie. I did the hatching with the nib so as not to forget which areas were going to be darks. There was no presketch for this drawing. Sometimes drawings without presketches turn out well (like Puck and Oberon did) and sometimes they turn out like this. Oh well... |
