Waggers Cattery and Kennels are set in the heart of the country in the rustic village of Woodham Walter (near Maldon, Essex ), surrounded by fields and woodland, it is the perfect place to leave your pet in comfort and safety whilst you are away.
We have a small select 16 Kennels in the dog area each with its own outside run for stretching legs and socializing with its neighbours. Your dog will also be taken out individually into the main paddock twice a day where it can run around and run wild for a while, playing fetch with our friendly staff or just sniffing around under the apple trees in the afternoon sun.

The kennels and the cattery have the benefit of:-

The cattery has 25 rooms again each with its own outside run, scratching and climbing post. All animals are able to interact with each other through the fencing if they wish.
Please feel free to bring along any toys your pets might enjoy and if possible their own beds so to create a "home from home" environment

How to find us from Maldon, Essex
From the police station at the top of the high street the junction has four choices ( 2left, 1 right, 1 straight over ) Go straight over ( sign says cemetery) The road you need is London Road. Follow it up the hill passing the cemetery on the left. Round a few bends until you reach the second right hand turn, Turn Right there, continue along this lane passing the first traffic island ( grass triangle with sign ) Turn right at the second Traffic island, you will see a sign saying Waggers Once you have turned right take the immediate left turn into our drive.
How to find us from Danbury
Going through Danbury village towards Maldon on the A414, pass the ESSO garage on the right, then about 1/4 mile further on left turn to Woodham Walter. You will drive pass the Anchor pub on your right, past the Warren golf club and down a hill into Woodham Walter village. Stay on this road, pass the School, then take the second turning on the right ( Council houses on the corner ) past the Cats pub on the left. You will reach a grass triangle and a sign saying Waggers, turn left here then left again into our drive.
