poem......

Into God's Sunset

Into God's beautiful sunset
he went that final day;
He had sent His angels for him
to carry him away.

He waited at the gates of Heaven,
'till the angels brought him in;
"Welcome, my child, he said,
Now, my shoulder I will lend."

I know your life's been troubled,
But you are safe with me today,
Never more to worry,
For this will be my way.

I'll give you love and comfort
as we sit and talk awhile;
The peace that you will find here
will bring to your face a smile.

You will be happy now, I know this
as together we will be;
You'll walk with me and Jesus
throughout eternity.

Don't cry for me for I'm happy now,
No hunger, want   or fear;
With God and His Blessed Son,
I'll be forever near.

You were all so very special
and I did love you so;
I now feel the peace I needed
as into God's sunset I did go

WHY ?

does a mother have to hear the words, "you're son is dead"

does a father have to attend his youngest child's funeral

do brothers and a sister have to mourn the loss of their brother

do nieces and nephews have to cry because their favourite uncle is no longer here
                                                                                                                                                             WHY ?
