1. The first rule is to have fun. This is a league for fun. This is not for the Winston Cup. So don't act like it.
2. Races will be held on Sundays at 8:30 central time, they will be 40% long and have pace, yellows, and double file restars on. The weather will be random, this will make it harder to set-up your car.
3. There will be no jumping, or low balling the starts, this sort of racing will result in wrecks and make the races longer than they have to be.
4. There will be an out-of-bounds line. The lowest line around the track will be this line. If you go below this line and you cause a wreck, you will be fined up to 40 points.
5. If you are black flaged durring a race abide by it, if its detrimed that the flag was wrong, ie I see i replay that shows otherwise, you may get some points back.
6. If you can't make a race send me an e-mail by friday that week and you will get 75 points for that race. This can only be used three times durring a season.
7. Each season will be 10 races long, and we will use the real Winston Cup points system.
