Image was taken from passenger side of vehicle.  Notice the sand blasted valve cover.  This is the BEFORE picture.  See below for updated pics.  That is a Porsche 944 intercooler.  Nice rags huh?

Things are getting closer now and I can smell the 116 already.  Valve cover is polished.  Intercooler has been modified with a different end tank to make for a straight shot on the outlet side and increase flow.  This was done by www.lindseyracing.com. They did an excellent job.  You can see the delta waste gate has been welded to a ported stock manifold.  The hoses are from www.turbohoses.com and they are excellent quality but not cheap.  That's a 20G Mitsubishi turbo which is good for 400hp+.  The motor has Esslinger’s adjustable cam and under-drive crank pulleys.

Close up of the waste gate.  I used a 1.25" steel pipe courtesy of the local hardware store.  Once the engine is running I will coat the exhaust parts with high temp aluminum paint to clean it up.  The header bolts are custom from www.turboford.orgBob sells headers and made these up to fit the stock manifold.

This is the intake side.  That is a custom upper intake with a 60MM Ford Mustang throttle body.  To lower the alternator I notched out the stock bracket an inch.  I run a 51" to 52" belt now.  Gatorback belts use the size in the last three digits of the part number (i.e. 15520 is a 52" belt).

These are the painted and polished intake and alternator from passenger side angle.  The front mount intercooler has a 90 elbow and a 3" to 2.25" reducer.  Clearance is tight and I am not sure I can run both v-belts. Questions?  email me [email protected]  Thanks
