Ok, it's not much of a diagram, but it is accurate. Just run the 1 to the 1, etc. You'll need a relay from Radio Shack. Any SPDT will do with a rating of at least 10 amps I would guess. The wiring on the '72 is just regular quick disconnect type connectors. I soldered to the '76 switch.
The '76 bracket also needs to be cut to fit under the factory trim pannels. I used a hack saw and dressed the edges with a file. A grinding wheel would be really helpfull here. You'll also need to fabricate two small brackets to hold the trim in place.
