Masters Workout- Warm up 100 Swim 150 Kick 200 IM 150 Pull 100 Swim Drill 2 x 150 � 50 free with fists / 25 sculling / 75 swim, max DPS � 10 SR 4 x 75 � 25 4-kick drill or rhythm drill / 50 swim, breath every 3rd stroke � 10 SR 6 x 50 � Freestyle swim � Descend 1->3 and 4->6 � 10 SR Main 3 x [ (5 x 100); (8 x 25 K) ] 100's: � 1st set of 5: Freestyle @ 20 SR � 2nd set of 5: Non-free @ 15 SR � 3rd set of 5: Choice (fast) @ 10 SR � Swim to the interval (easier on 1st set, FAST on the 3rd) 25's: All kick Choice of stroke ODDS: moderate EVENS: fast 5 SR Cool down 200 easy 3,800-3,900 yards
