Masters Workout Rotating Workout: Warm-up: 600 SKI Everyone begins in whatever lane they used for warm-up. Each set is designed to take about 8 minutes. When everyone is done with their set, everyone moves on lane to the left. Continue to rotate until everyone has been though every lane. Lane 1: 8 minute continuous swim. Count your laps! Lane 2: a. 3x100 IM @ 20 SR b. 4x100 IM @ 2:00 c. 4x125 IM @ 2:00 � double up on each stroke once Lane 3: a. 2x (75 FR fast @ 15 SR/75 FR easy @ 15 SR) b. 3x (75 FR fast @ 1:15/75 FR easy @ 1:15) c. 4x (75 FR fast @ 1:00/75 FR easy @ 1:00) Lane 4: a. 4x (50D @ 1:00/50S@ 1:00) b. 5x (50D @ :50/50S @ :50) - do at least 2 different strokes - keep the same stroke for each set of D/S Lane 5: a. 2x250 @ 4:00 as 1. 25FL/50BA/75BR/100FR 2. 100FL/75BA/50BR/25FR b. 2x350 @ 4:00 as 1. 50FL/75BA/100BR/125FR 2. 125FL/100BA/75BR/50FR Lane 6: 10x25 @ :50 - walk backs
