Masters Workout-Distance (800) 1x800 Warmup S,K,I,D 250 or 200 on 3:00, 2:55, 2:50, etc.. all the way down to :15 When you are close (:05/:10sec) to not making an interval, drop a 50 until you drop down to a 25 on :15 sec.
