Masters Workout 1000 choice 20 X 25's variable speed @ :40 #1 - 1/2 ez/1/2 fast #2 - 1/2 fast/1/2 ez #3 - 1 fast #4 - 1 ez 5-10 min stretch Main Set: T-30- Time 30 minute swim. purpose: Endurance, stamina, and practice for open water swimming 6 X 100's Kick @ 2:20 Descend 1-3 and Ascend 4-6. 600 Pull breath 3, 5, 7 by 50's 200 ez Total Yards: 2,900 + T-30 yards.
