Exam Introductions
Introduction C
This has some features of an introduction, but it is not complete.
1. Definitions
The first sentence contains good definitions of both key concepts. The second sentence however seems unnecessary. If it is part of the definition it should be included in the first sentence. It appears to be a minor detail, which means it should be in the essay body, not the introduction.
2. Thesis Statement
The third sentence attempts a thesis statement, but it is not informative. It makes an obvious statement which shows neither ability to analyse or essay structure.
C.
