1999 - Hoyce Temu

Hoyce Temu, wearing a MUSTAFA HASSANALI original, was crowned Miss Tanzania on August 27, 1999. She is the most loved and successful Miss Tanzania ever, and was the first Miss Tanzania to be among the top 20 contestants at the Miss World Pageant 1999. She was awarded a silver medal by the Miss World organisation.
She has worked as the PRO of the Food and Agriculture Organisation, Tanzania and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in International Relations in the USA.
