Biscuit briquette

Ingredients

Butter- 100 g
Powdered sugar- 200 g
Cocoa powder- 40 g
Biscuits- 250 g
Nuts- 50 g
Instant coffee- 2 tsp
Hot water- � cup
Vanilla- � tsp

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar, until fluffy. Add cocoa powder and cream well.
2. Make a coffee decoction with instant coffee and hot water.
3. Dip the biscuits quickly in the decoction and arrange a layer on a plate. Spread butter cream over it. Repeat with biscuit and cream layers. Finally apply butter cream layer all over the briquette.
4. Press chopped nuts all over. Freeze to set for 3 hrs. Cut and serve.
