This picture was taken using NOLA's now defunct Zoom Cam.  This lantern hangs at Embers Steak House across the street from the Cat's Meow, on Bourbon Street.

The camera was taken down because the Vieux Carre commission decided the camera didn't fit into the preservation of the quarter.  Their response was "I guess the signs 'Hot Sex inside' do!" [or something along those lines].
