Creating Matching Graphics Sets

To create matching solid colour boxes of ~10-20² pixels: hold down the "ALT" + "PRINT SCREEN" to copy an image of the active window, paste this image into any standard graphics program, and select and crop desired portions of the image. This approach has been taken to create the background to this table. Additionally, this is a handy way to pick the precise colour for creating matching graphic sets, eg:

text header images (see above example)

bullets

buttons

dividers

borders, etc.

Also consider lightening the background image to the point that it is virtually transparent, and the pattern is barely visible...

...as this will make it easy to write text over.

Modifying Graphics

Consider using a standard graphics program to modify the size of the downloadable image. Experiment with this parameter until you achieve the desired effect.

You may also wish to change the hue/saturation of the image, or perhaps even alter the texture of the images... send me a copy , as I'd love to see the creative ideas you come up with.
