Bonaventure, USS- Lt Simon and Joseph Shabalala were assigned to the vessel. (The Brave and the Bold Bk 1) In 2379, the Bonaventure explored Sector 212-B. Their next mission was to be in orbit of Trill for nine months. Dasan Malak wanted to transfer to the Bonaventure. (TNGN A Time to Love)
Bonchune, USS- Registry NCC-70915. Nebula Class. In 2374, the hijacked USS Prometheus heavily damaged the Bonchune, when the Bonchune tried to retake the stolen Prometheus. (VOY Message in a Bottle) In 2377, the Bonchune was part of the Federation Fleet destroyed a Borg vessel that entered the Sol System. The Fleet escorted the USS Voyager back to Earth. (VOY Endgame II) Class visually identified. Name and registry from a source in Foundation Imaging.
Bondar, USS- Akira Class. In 2374, the Bondar and the Garneau was sent to DS9 to assist them against the Dominion. After the red orbs were joined, the Bondar and the Garneau assisted in helping to beam off the DS9 inhabitants. Afterwards, they left the area. Bonestell, USS- Registry NCC-31600. Oberth Class. In 2366, the Bonestell was under the command of Capt Janeway. Lt Tuvok was assigned to the vessel as well. (VOYN Mosaic) The Bonestell was sent on a scientific mission to the Beta Quadrant. (VOYN Pathways) The Bonestell was part of the Federation Fleet that engaged the Borg at Wolf 359. Bonhomme Richard, USS- James Kirk previously served on the Bonhomme Richard as executive officer. The Bonhomme Richard met with a Kshatrian Commodore named Zotzchen. (TOSN Corona)The Bonhomme Richard was a light cruiser. In 2270, the Bonhomme Richard greeted the Enterprise, when the Enterprise came back from testing the inversion drive. (TOSN The Wounded Sky)
Bozeman, USS- Registry NCC-1941. Soyuz Class. In 2263, Yeoman Colt transferred to the Bozeman as a science officer. (TOSN TCT Where Sea Meets Sky) The Bozeman was part of the Starfleet Border Service. (TNGN Ship of the Line) In 2270, the Bozeman left Starbase 10 with Rigelian Fever inoculations. (SNW VII: Future Shock) The Bozeman was under the command of Captain Morgan Bateson. The Bozeman was caught in temporal time loop in 2278 until released by the Enterprise in 2368. (TNG Cause and Effect, DS9N MIL: War of the Prophets) The Bozeman was able to stop the IKS Sosoy Tuj from destroying Starbase 12. (TNGN Ship of the Line. TNGN Q-Squared) Hikaru Sulu was assigned to the vessel as the first officer, but declined the post. (TOSN The Captain�s Honor) After emerging from the Typhon Expanse, the Paris Air and Space Mueseum wanted to get the Bozeman for an exhibit in exchange of for the Phoenix. The Bozeman was refitted at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards. In 2369, The Bozeman�s first mission was to the Typhon Expanse, but the Bozeman went to the Mutara sector to help fight an outbreak of Rigelian Fever. (SNW VII: Future Shock) Afterwards, the Bozeman was decommissioned and sent to Starbase 12 as a mueseum ship. (TNGN Ship of the Line) Name and registry visually identified. Class from the STE2.
Bozeman, USS- The Bozeman was the ex-USS Roderick, a brand new destroyer built at Starbase 12. The Bozeman was under the command of Capt Morgan Batesman. In 2370, Admiral Nakamura sent the Bozeman to the Romulan Neutral Zone against the threat of a Romulan Military build up. (TNG All Good Things, N) In 2371, the Bozeman had to make a minor course correction following the destruction of the Amargosa Star. The Bozeman was sent to help salvage the USS Enterprise on Veridian III with the Farragut and the Valiant. (GEN) The Bozeman was one of the closest vessels to Veridian system. (SNW VII: Full Circle) In 2373, the Bozeman was part of the Typhon Fleet that engaged the Borg. (FC, N) The book gives a Registry of NCC-1941-A.
Bradbury, USS- Registry NX-72307. Bradbury Class. Prototype for the Bradbury Class. In 2366, the Bradbury stopped at Betazed following its course to Earth. The Bradbury was going to take Wesley Crusher to Starfleet Academy until the Ferengi kidnapped Comdr Riker and the Trois. (TNG Menage a Trois) In the late 2360s, the Bradbury was doing warp drive performance tests. (TNG) In 2370, the Bradbury captured Tom Paris in a shuttle, when he as a part of the Maquis. Brahmaputra, USS- Danube Class. The Brahmaputra was attached to Deep Space Nine. In 2376, the Brahmaputra brought Lt Ro Laren to Bajor. The Brahmaputra brought Comdr Vaughn and Lt Ro back to DS9. (DS9N WD2: Fragments and Omens) Only the name was mentioned, but I assumed the vessel was a Danube Class from the name, which is a river in India and Tibet.
Brahms, USS- The Brahms was part of the Federation Fleet that engaged the Borg at Wolf 359 in 2366. (STWT)

Brattain, USS- Registry NCC-21166. Miranda Class. The Brattain was trapped in Tyken�s rift in 2367 under the command of Capt Chantal Zaheva. All but one of the crew killed. (TNG Night Terrors) Name was misspelled as Britain. Registry and class visually identified.
Breedlove, USS- Galaxy Class. In 2371, the Breedlove was stationed at Starbase 1. (DS9N INV: Time�s Enemy)
Budapest, USS- Registry NCC-64923. Norway Class. In 2373, the Budapest was part of the Typhon Fleet that engaged the Borg. Earlier that year, Lt. Lian T�Su transfers to the USS Budapest. (FC, SC: W, SCIII Manual) The Budapest was under the command of Capt sh�Rzaan. Lt Bowers was assigned to the vessel. The Budapest was testing new phasers, when the ship was sent into battle against a Borg Cube. (DS9N MG: Lesser Evil) In 2376, Lt Bowers transferred to DS9 from the Budapest.
