The Enterprise�s first mission was to evaluate Farpoint Station on Deneb IV to see if it was up to the Federation�s standards. It turned out to be a space born life form. The Enterprise encounters the entity, Q. Earlier, the creature killed a Russian carrier, and the crew was calling out to Troi. The Enterprise crew was able to destroy the creature and free the minds of the Russian crew. (TNG Where No One Has Gone Before) The Enterprise was investigating the disappearance of the USS Drake, when they found the planet, Minos. The planetary defense system attacked the Enterprise. Lian T�su was stationed on the Enterprise at the time. (TNG The Arsenal of Freedom, SCE VI: Wildfire) The Enterprise visited Angel One to find the crew of the SS Odin. (TNG Angel One) The Enterprise went to Mordan IV to negotiate the release of hostages. Adm Mark Jameson was on board to negotiate with Karnas. After the death of Jameson, Karnas released the hostages. Data and La Forge went over to the vessel to investigate, but was transported to another vessel, light years away. The Enterprise later retrieves the missing crew after Riker and Yar go after them. (TNGN The Peacekeepers) The Enterprise answered the USS Centurion�s distress call. The Enterprise went to Tenara to help the Centurion defend the planet from the M�Dok. The Enterprise crew stopped the Centurion crew from trying to take over the Tenara. The Enterprise fought against the Centurion, after the Centurion attacked the Enterprise. (TNGN The Captain�s Honor) Q gave Comdr Riker the powers of Q, but refused them, when he took an oath not to use the powers, when a little girl died during a rescue mission. (TNG Hide and Q, TCT Picard Biography) The Enterprise went to retrieve a crashed shuttle on a planet, when Armus, an entity, killed Lt Yar.
