Family Life:  I married my high school crush on July 8, 2000, eighteen years after I graduated.

Things that I enjoy are: family, running, conservative issues, movies,
music, theater, computers, sunsets, clouds, hiking, cuddling (is that
too mushy??), the feel of the sun on my skin, the stimulating chill 
of a crisp winter morning, and a smile on someone else's face. :-)

My Ideal Running Program:  40-50 mpw at a 7:00 min pace, 1 tempo, 1 set of
intervals, and a long run up to 20m.

My Real Running Program:  Six days a week with an average of 20-30 mpw
at an average 8:15 min pace.

Shoe of choice:  Nike Air Max Triax.

Other Fitness Stuff: I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, water skiing, 
volleyball, softball, those kinds of things. :-)  But nothing beats 
playing tag on the playground with my kids! :-)
