Every farm needs a tractor, and we are no different
She is an old International B250, yes as old as the hills, but she runs on the smell of an oily rag, and is usually reliable. Yes she definately is "Good Old Faithful!"
In the background you see the back of our home. The "High Tank" to the left is where we pump the water to give us pressure inside the house!
A bit of a walk past a couple of plantations and you come to the Cattle Yards.
Come in from the road, and this is what you see. We don't run cattle these days, but the yards still come in handy for sheep, although the ramp being the width it is does cause a few headaches!
If you stand at the side of the Cattle Yards this is the view ... nice eh?
This is the Grampians ... named by Major Mitchell after the Grampians in Scotland. They are a lovely spot to visit and very popular with the tourists.
Take a walk behind the Woolshed and you will see this.

In the foreground you will see the Oat crop which is coming up. Behind the fence line is a Redgum with our sheep grazing around it.
Head east and this is what you will see!
This is the main dam of the farm, and usually there is lots more water, the Windmill is usually in a few feet of water.
For the last four years we have had dry seasons, and this shows here!
